That’s +20% of the invested capital — a stable return that’s hard to achieve even in the stock market.

Normally, guaranteed rental income starts after the property is handed over. But in this case, the developer launched a special promotion — payments began immediately after purchase, even before construction was completed.

 

Phase 2: Resale Profit +2,989,000 THB

Once the project was nearly completed and sales activity increased, property prices rose significantly.
We found a buyer interested in a ready-to-move-in apartment and sold the unit for 8,250,000 THB.
That’s +2,989,000 THB in capital gains.
