A private six-bedroom villa located in the Layan area of northwest Phuket. The living space spans approximately 780 m², set within a 1,300 m² plot featuring a level garden enclosed by lush tropical landscaping. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests. Its layout consists of a two-story central pavilion flanked by single-story wings, all arranged around a swimming pool.The villa comprises five bedroom suites, plus an additional room currently serving as a cinema and game room, which can be converted into guest accommodation upon request. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom featuring a private living area, a dedicated television, and a walk-in closet. Its en-suite bathroom is finished in black marble and includes a freestanding bathtub positioned by a window overlooking the garden.The upper floor houses two suites, each with an en-suite bathroom finished in beige terrazzo and green tiles; one features a freestanding bathtub, while the other includes a walk-in shower.Two further bedrooms are located at the garden level. One offers sliding glass doors with direct access to the lawn, while the other is designed with textured stone and warm-toned wood. Both include walk-in closet areas. The bathrooms are finished in black marble, black terrazzo, or tiles in warm, inviting tones. A baby crib and an extra folding bed are available upon request.At the heart of the villa lies a spacious living room with double-height ceilings and a striking floating wooden staircase. Sliding glass doors connect this living area to a terrace, a covered *sala* (pavilion), and the swimming pool area. The kitchen features a 3.6-meter-long island with a dark stone countertop and an integrated dining area. A second, fully equipped kitchen is located in the barbecue pavilion. The villa is fitted with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, seven Samsung televisions, independent audio systems for the indoor and outdoor areas as well as the cinema room, and a washing machine.At the heart of the property lies a 12 × 6-meter private swimming pool, complete with a lounge area at water level and an in-water sun lounger. There is also a separate Jacuzzi; both the pool and the Jacuzzi are accessible 24 hours a day. Surrounding the pool are a terrace, a covered *sala* (pavilion), palm trees, a lawn, and tropical plants, which together create a private garden. The villa also includes its own private gym. The rental rate covers housekeeping services, as well as the changing of bed linens and towels. Upon request and for an additional fee, the villa can arrange for a private chef, a driver, massage and wellness treatments, childcare, pre-arrival grocery shopping, and event hosting.The villa is situated in the Layan area, adjacent to the protected coastal zone of Sirinat National Park. It is approximately a 4-minute drive to Banana Beach, 5 minutes to Layan Beach, and about 900 meters to the beach within Sirinat National Park. Phuket International Airport is roughly a 17-minute drive away. Intuch de’ Cafe is just a three-minute walk from the property. Within a short drive, guests can reach the resort infrastructure of Laguna and Bang Tao, including various restaurants, beach clubs, and marinas, such as Boat Avenue, Porto de Phuket, and Carpe Diem.
