How do I rent a car?: • Tell the manager your rental dates and preferred car category.
• Receive a selection of available options.
• To confirm the booking, send a photo of your passport and driver’s license.
• Agree on the delivery location and time.
• During high season, cars are booked with a prepayment. The amount depends on the selected car and the rental period.

Is an International Driving Permit (IDP) required?: For booking and receiving the car, a valid driver’s license from your home country is sufficient. However, if you are stopped by the police, you may be fined for not having an IDP, and in the event of an accident, the insurance company may refuse to cover the damage.

What are the main car rental terms?: The minimum rental period is 3 days.

The security deposit depends on the vehicle category and starts from 5,000 THB or 200 USD for mid-range cars, and from 10,000 THB or 300 USD for larger vehicles. The deposit is fully refunded at the end of the rental period provided there is no damage or additional rental-related charges.

Delivery and return of the vehicle are charged separately. The cost depends on the Phuket area. Standard delivery hours are 09:00-18:00. If you need delivery or return outside these hours, please let us know in advance and we will suggest a suitable arrangement.

The car is delivered clean and with a full tank of fuel. At the end of the rental, it must be returned in the same condition and with the same fuel level, or the cost of car washing and missing fuel will be charged.

Trips outside Phuket require prior approval. Depending on the route, a higher rate may apply.

Is there an excess / deductible?: Yes, the cars are rented with an insurance excess. If the accident was caused by the renter, or if the responsible party cannot be identified, the renter pays for the repair cost up to the amount of the excess. The excess is typically around 3,000-4,000 THB per insurance case.

What should I do in case of an accident?: Do not panic. Contact us immediately and follow the manager’s instructions.

Take photos and videos of the accident scene, the position of the vehicles, the direction of travel, the damage, and the license plates.

Collect witness contact details, if there are any.

If possible, do not move the car until the police or the insurance agent arrives. Important: a police report is required to process the insurance claim.
