Beach: the road from the property descends smoothly to the most Northern point of Patong beach, just 500 metres away. A little to the left, 50 metres already you can swim. The shore and bottom sandy. On the beach there is a nice restaurant with fresh seafood. Small, charming Kalim beach is 100 metres to the right along the main road. The beach has large stones, but between the sand and the bottom is sandy, too. In the high season (November to April) it is quiet and in summer (may to October) the sea is quite strong waves. The Central part of Patong with the tides/the tides are not affected, and the extreme points of Patong and Kalim - subject to tides swim here only at high tide.

What's next: the entire infrastructure of Patong beach, hundreds of restaurants, bars and cafes, dozens of massage parlors within walking distance. In the complex: the complex consists of 26 villas, 23 of which are leased. The on-site Shuttle system within 3 minutes, on-call Shuttle will arrive at the Villa and will take You to the beach or to another location of the complex. On the upper floor has a common area with a large swimming pool, which adjoins a second pool, specially equipped for children. Nearby there is a bar, a gym and a sauna. How to rent:

1. You choose your favorite Villa.

2. We send You an Invoice and rental Agreement, and reserve the Villa for 3 days. When booking, please Deposit 50% advance payment, rest 50% is payable upon arrival at the Villa. If you're booking for peak season Deposit is 100%.

3. You send us payment document - the Villa is booked on Your name and date.

4. On arrival our driver meets You at the airport, brings you to the Villa where the Concierge Manager assists You with check-in. Further, during Your stay a Concierge Manager are on-line 24 hours a day, assists in addressing current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, rent a car, hire a nanny and everything that You may need.
