The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils – it has literally everything, check out the photo! Above the living room there is 75 sq. m. Master Suite with a private SPA room, Jacuzzi, living area, and views of the tropical garden. 4 other bedrooms are located in a nearby pavilion. Three Guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each of them has an en-suite (1 with bathtub and 2 other with shower). Fourth bedroom is a second Master Suite of 80 sq. m. It occupies the entire second floor of the pavilion and has private living area, en-suite with a bathtub. The house is new, all furniture and appliances are in excellent condition. The design of the house the owner developed together with his wife. He is an interior designer, and she is a landscape designer.
