This six-bedroom villa is situated in the secure, gated community of Laguna Homes, overlooking the Laguna golf course. It can accommodate up to 13 guests and features a private 15 x 4-meter swimming pool.The upper floor houses three bedrooms: the first features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the second and third each have two single beds and share a bathroom. All three bedrooms have balconies overlooking the golf course. Three additional bedrooms are located at the pool level: one has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and direct pool access; the second has three single beds and an en-suite bathroom; and the third has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom.The villa boasts a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate workspace. The main dining table seats 12 guests, and there is also a smaller dining area for four. The living room is equipped with a TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout. A separate laundry room is also provided.The poolside area features a large outdoor dining table, a traditional Thai *sala* (pavilion) with a seating area, and sun loungers. Covered and open parking spaces are available at the front of the villa. Services include daily housekeeping, with baby cots and high chairs available upon request. Private chef services, a dedicated service manager, and a private van with a driver can also be arranged upon request.The villa is located in the Laguna area, adjacent to Laguna Golf Phuket—an 18-hole golf course—and close to the resorts, restaurants, spas, and beach facilities of the Laguna Phuket complex. Bang Tao Beach and the RAVA and XANA beach clubs are approximately 5 km away—a 10–15 minute drive. RAVA is located directly on Bang Tao Beach and features a restaurant, swimming pools, sun loungers, and cabanas. Boat Avenue and Porto de Phuket are about a 5–10 minute drive away; the Boat Avenue area offers restaurants, shops, and other services, while Porto de Phuket provides retail and dining facilities.
