The villa can accommodate up to 18 guests and offers spacious living areas and terraces overlooking a tropical garden.The upper level houses the master bedroom, which includes a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a large en-suite bathroom with a shower area and an oval bathtub. Nearby is a second bedroom, furnished with two single beds and its own spacious en-suite bathroom. The lower level contains five additional bedrooms: two feature king-size beds, built-in wardrobes, and en-suite bathrooms with large showers, with both rooms offering direct access to the poolside terrace via sliding glass doors. A fifth bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and an additional single bed. The sixth bedroom contains two sets of bunk beds, while the seventh bedroom includes one single bed and one set of bunk beds; both of these rooms also have their own en-suite bathrooms.The main living area, located on the upper level, is equipped with a 50-inch flat-screen TV. On the lower level, there is a second living area combined with a game room, featuring a large sofa, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, a pool table, bar stools and tables, a dartboard, and sports equipment. The villa includes a fully equipped Western-style kitchen, alongside a separate Thai-style relaxation area. Upon request, the villa’s chef can prepare breakfast, barbecue meals, and various Thai dishes from the menu. On the covered balcony, there is a dining area with a table for 14 guests, offering an open view of the tropical vegetation. Below lies a spacious sun terrace furnished with sun loungers, which opens out toward a landscaped garden. A private 10 × 5-meter infinity pool features a built-in Jacuzzi. Nearby, there is a *sala* (pavilion) equipped with an additional dining table, a lounge area, and a gas barbecue. Wireless internet is available throughout the villa, and a landline telephone is provided for local calls. Extra beds can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
