About the service

A Singapore tourist visa is issued electronically, so no visa sticker or stamp is placed in the passport. Confirmation is provided as an electronic visa in PDF format. The visa also remains in the Singapore Immigration system; it can be shown on a phone or in printed form together with the passport and Singapore electronic arrival card during passport control.

The issued Singapore visa allows single or double entry, depending on the selected visa type, during its 9-week validity period, which always starts on the date of issue. Please note that each continuous stay in Singapore is limited to no more than 30 days.

The final decision on visa issuance, validity period, and number of entries is made by the Singapore Immigration authorities. In case of refusal, the paid amount is non-refundable because the full visa fee is charged by the Immigration authorities at the time of application.

Do I need a visa for transit through Singapore?: Visa-free transit allows you to stay in Singapore for up to 96 hours if you hold a confirmed ticket to a third country. You may arrive in Singapore by any mode of transport, but you must depart by air. For example, if you are flying from Moscow to Bali via Singapore, you may be asked on arrival to show your onward flight ticket and, if required, a visa for the country you are traveling to after Singapore.
A visa is required if you are flying on a route such as Phuket-Singapore-Phuket, meaning you are not continuing to a third country but returning to the country from which you arrived in Singapore.

When should I start applying for a Singapore visa?: You can apply for a Singapore visa no earlier than 30 days before your planned travel date.

What documents are required for a Singapore visa application?: To submit an application, you will need:
• a color copy of the passport information page. The passport must remain valid for at least 6 months on the date of entry into Singapore
• a digital color passport-style photo on a white background. The face must be clearly visible, with no headwear or accessories covering the face. The photo must be sharp and of good quality
• an employment certificate, professional license, or sole proprietor documents for employed applicants, self-employed applicants, or business owners
• a hotel booking for at least 3 nights. Only hotel reservations rated 3 stars or higher are accepted. AirBNB bookings, invitations from relatives or friends, and company invitations are not accepted
• tickets to and from Singapore
• application details: residential address, marital status, education, profession, information about previous trips to Singapore, and annual income

Are the visa requirements different for a child?: A separate visa is issued for each child at the same price as for an adult, regardless of whether the child has an individual passport or is included in a parent’s passport. In the latter case, you must provide a copy of the passport page where the child is listed and indicate the parent’s passport number in which the child is included.
