How to rent:

You choose the villa you like.
We send you an Invoice and Rental Agreement and reserve the villa for 3 days. When booking, a 50% prepayment is required, the remaining 50% is paid upon check-in at the villa. For peak season prepayment is 100%.
You send us a payment document - from that moment the villa is booked in your name and dates.
Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the airport, take you to the villa, where the concierge manager will help you with your check-in. Further, during your entire holiday, the concierge manager is in touch with you 24 hours a day, helps in solving current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, renting a car, hiring a babysitter and everything that you may need.
