Beach: the Villa is located just 5 minutes drive from famous Nai Harn beach, which are ideal for families with children. Near the beach there is a small Park, a few shops and fruit shops.

What's next: the Villa is located in Rawai, known for its fish restaurants along the seafront, where You will prepare fresh seafood. To the nearest supermarkets, shops, SPA salons and markets can be reached in a few minutes.

Outside: small area of garden, pool and terrace with sun loungers.

Inside: open plan living room with kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms with individual bathrooms.

Included in the price: maid service 2 times per week, change of linen and towels 1 time per week, garden maintenance and pool, Internet with Wi-Fi access, cable TV, Concierge service 24/7.

Paid separately: electricity bills per use, transfer airport-Villa-airport - 1,000 baht one way.

How to rent:

1.You choose your favorite Villa.
2.We send You an Invoice and rental Agreement, and reserve the Villa for 3 days. When booking, please Deposit 50% advance payment, rest 50% are due 30 days before arrival at the Villa. These conditions can vary depending on the fare booked. At peak season prepayment is 100%.
3.You send us payment document - the Villa is booked on Your name and date.
4.On arrival our driver meets You at the airport, brings you to the Villa where the Concierge Manager assists You with check-in. Further, during Your stay a Concierge Manager are on-line 24 hours a day, assists in addressing current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, rent a car, hire a nanny and everything that You may need.
