This modern Villa is located in the Northern part of the island, right on the ocean, 300 metres from the main road. This is an option for a quiet secluded relaxation. The Villa has direct access to the white sandy beach, suitable for bathing all year round.

The Villa consists of four bedrooms with private terraces and bathrooms, a dining room with bar, fully equipped kitchen, living room, garage. There is wifi, air conditioning, docking stations for iPods, satellite TV, table tennis and badminton. The patio is a large infinity swimming pool with lighting and a small waterfall, sun loungers, dining terrace. The combination of turquoise water, white walls and bright greenery evokes associations with the Mediterranean.

Rental fee includes maid service and personal chef, daily maid, pool cleaning, garden maintenance, Laundry. For a surcharge, You can enjoy a massage or Spa treatments, or practice yoga with a personal instructor.

The property is a 15-minute drive from the airport, 25 from nightlife and shops. Nearby are excellent restaurants with great choice of fresh seafood.
