How to rent:

1. You choose this Villa and reported to us.

2. We send You an Invoice and rental Agreement, and reserve the Villa for 3 days. When booking, please Deposit 50% advance payment, rest 50% are due 30 days before arrival at the Villa. These conditions can vary depending on the fare booked. At peak season prepayment is 100%.

Further, during Your stay a Concierge Manager are on-line 24 hours a day, assists in addressing current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, rent a car, hire a nanny and everything that You may need.
