Beach: The Villa is only 700 metres (10 minutes casual stroll) from Surin beach. There are several beach clubs – The Catch, Bimi, and Zazada - where you can use sunbeds, towels, and order drinks in the bar. In the high season (November to April) the sea is mostly calm, and from May to October there may be high waves and rip tides.

What's nearby: Along the road to the beach there is a shopping centre Surin Plaza, restaurants, cafes, convenience stores 7/11, pharmacies. On the beach there are fruit stalls and massage parlors. Within 10 minutes drive from the Villa there is a large Tesco supermarket.

About the residence: The development consists of only 3 private villas, located next to the large communal pool. The area represents a beautiful landscaped garden with pond, pavilions and sculptures scattered here and there. The service organized by the owner is of highest standard. 6 staff members will take care of your stay. The development is fenced to privacy level, at the entrance has a security checkpoint.

Outdoor Living: Large shared pool with terrace and loungers, surrounded by luscious tropical greenery, a large gazebo in Thai style with a private SPA.

Inside: Living room with kitchen and one of the Master Suites occupy a separate pavilion. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils – it has literally everything, check out the photo! Above the living room there is 75 sq. m. Master Suite with a private SPA room, Jacuzzi, living area, and views of the tropical garden. 4 other bedrooms are located in a nearby pavilion. Three Guest bedrooms are located on the ground floor and each of them has an en-suite (1 with bathtub and 2 other with shower). Fourth bedroom is a second Master Suite of 80 sq. m. It occupies the entire second floor of the pavilion and has private living area, en-suite with a bathtub. The house is new, all furniture and appliances are in excellent condition. The design of the house the owner developed together with his wife. He is an interior designer, and she is a landscape designer. Both have excellent taste and put their hearts into their work you can feel it once you get to the Villa.
