Beach access: villa is conveniently located between Bang Tao and Surin Beach. Surin coastline is 1,1 km away and is a perfect place for swimming and snorkeling. During monsoon season it gets reasonable waves. Bang Tao Beach is just 650 meters removed from the villa. However its closest part exposed to the low tide so you need to move another 600 meters to find the right place for swimming.

What is nearby: Surin area is represented by a great variety of restaurants of European and Thai cuisine, 24-hour minimarts, pharmacies, fruit stalls and shopping mall Surin Plaza that are located in a walking distance from the villa (900 metres). Villa Market is just 7-minute drive from here.

About the residence: villa is a part of a gated community with security check point.

Outdoor living: private swimming pool, terrace with sun loungers, gazebo, manicured lawns and al-fresco dining area.

Indoor living: 3 well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, open-air living room and fully equipped kitchen.

Services included: pool and garden maintenance, housekeeping 2 times a week, towels and bed linen changing once time a week, chef service, Wi-Fi, cable TV and concierge service 24/7.

Extra charges: electricity (7 Baht per unit) and water (50 Baht per unit) bills, airport transfer one way - 1000 Baht.

How to rent a villa:

1. You choose the villa.

2. We send you the Rental Contract and the Invoice. Guest must pay the appropriate deposit within 3 working days of availability confirmation. Usually 50% of deposit payment is required. The remaining 50% balance has to be paid on arrival. 100% deposit applies to all bookings only for Peak Season.

3. You send us the confirmation of your payment. From this moment villa is booked on your name and dates.

4. Our driver will meet you at the airport and take you to the villa. The concierge manager will be there to help you with check-in. Thereafter he will assist you with touring, car rental, babysitting services and much more.
