What do you get: New private villas development (2014), conveniently located in a quiet development yet close to numerous restaurants and shops of Nai Harn area.

Beach access: Nai Harn beach is 2 km. away (about 20 minutes’ walk and 5 minutes’ drive). The way lies along a large lake separating the beach from private property developments. Nai Harn is a very picturesque beach of about 600 meters long lined with Casuarina, coconut and other tropical trees. The shore slopes down gently, so the beach is good to spent time with kids. From November to April the sea is calm, and from May to October there may be high waves, but still less than in other parts of Phuket. Along the beach there are several restaurants and shops, and the lake near it is a favorite place for many to go joggling, riding a bike and exercising.

What is nearby: The development has 2 gates – one leading to the beach and another one to Nai Harn neighbourhood. It will take you about 15 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car to get to a choice of cafes and restaurants serving both Western and Asian cuisine (with very reasonable prices), 7/11 type minimarts, ATMs, massage salons, bars, pharmacies, bike rental points, stores, local painter’s shops, several Muay Thai (Thai boxing) clubs. 3 large Western style supermarkets Makro, Tesco Lotus and Villa Market are in 10-15 minutes’ drive (two-way taxi will cost about 500 THB with waiting).

• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid on arrival. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for yo.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
