What do you get: New private villas development (2014), conveniently located close to numerous restaurants and shops of Nai Harn area.

Beach access: Nai Harn beach is 5.1 km. away (about 15 minutes’ drive). It is a very picturesque beach of about 600 meters long lined with Casuarina, coconut and other tropical trees. The shore slopes down gently, so the beach is good to spent time with kids. From November to April the sea is calm, and from May to October there may be high waves, but still less than in other parts of Phuket. Along the beach there are several restaurants and shops, and near it there is a large lake and a park – favorite place for many to go joggling, riding a bike and exercising. On the way to the beach you will pass by a lot of shops and cafes.

What is nearby: Several local cafes and restaurants are within 500 m. The nearest Family Mart minimart (7/11 type) is within 1.6 km, and large Western style supermarkets Makro and Tesco Lotus are in 2.5 km. Within 2-3 km. from the villa there is a choice of restaurants that serve both Asian and Western cuisine, bars, pharmacies, bike rental points, stores, local painter’s shops.

About the residence: 24/7 security service, roofed car park.

Outdoor living: Private pool, terrace with sunbeds, outdoor dining area for 4, lawn and tropical garden. The territory is surrounded by a fence to privacy level.

Indoor living: The villa is convenient for a family up to 6 people or for couples sharing, as each bedroom has private access to the pool, en-suite bathroom, and large double bed. Two of the bedrooms – Master and 1st guest – are located in the main building, and 2nd guest bedroom is in a separate guest house. Open-plan living comprises seating, dining areas and equipped kitchen. All rooms are decorated in Oriental style with wooden furniture.

Services included: Maid service twice a week, cable TV, Internet with Wi-Fi access, concierge service, security service, pool and garden care.

Extra charges: electricity bills 5 THB per unit (kWt/h), water bills 40 THB per unit (m3), airport pick-up and return.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.You choose the villa you like.
• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid on arrival. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for yo.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
