The tides and low tide the beach is practically not affected, i.e., if there are no waves, you can swim at any time of the day.

What's next: at the next street (Soi Yuan) you can find restaurants with excellent European, Asian and Russian cuisine at affordable prices. A 5-minute walk from the Villa – supermarkets, fruit shops, pharmacies, convenience stores like 7/11.

How to rent:

1. You choose your favorite Villa.

2. We send You an Invoice and rental Agreement, and reserve the Villa for 3 days. When booking, please Deposit 50% advance payment, rest 50% is payable upon arrival at the Villa. If you're booking for peak season Deposit is 100%.

3. You send us payment document - the Villa is booked on Your name and date.

4. On arrival our driver meets You at the airport, brings you to the Villa where the Concierge Manager assists You with check-in. Further, during Your stay a Concierge Manager are on-line 24 hours a day, assists in addressing current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, rent a car, hire a nanny and everything that You may need.
