How to rent:

• 1.You choose your favorite Villa.
• 2.We send You an Invoice and rental Agreement, and reserve the Villa for 3 days. When booking, please Deposit 50% advance payment, rest 50% shall be made upon arrival at the Villa. At peak season prepayment is 100%.
• 3.You send us payment document - the Villa is booked on Your name and date.
• 4.On arrival our driver meets You at the airport, brings you to the Villa where the Concierge Manager assists You with check-in. Further, during Your stay a Concierge Manager are on-line 24 hours a day, assists in addressing current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, rent a car, hire a nanny and everything that You may need.
