Beach access: The resort extends along vast Bang Tao beach with 8 kilometers of fine white sands framed by Casuarina trees and washed by clear waters. Even in the high tourist season it is quiet here, and the place is a perfect getaway for nature lovers and seekers of serene and tranquil surroundings. From November to April the sea is calm, and from May to October there may be high waves and rip currents.

What is nearby: The area has still retained its natural beauty and infrastructure is clustered mostly inside the resorts and complexes.

About the residence: The townhouse is located in a large beautiful and quiet Laguna resort. It offers a wide range of activities and facilities for family or romantic vacation, MICE tours, sport activities. Guest have access to fitness centers, swimming pools, SPA center and beauty salon, kids club, tennis courts, water sport center, golf course, a choice of restaurants. For corporate bookings there are several meeting rooms. It is easy to get to anywhere inside the Laguna in one of the numerous shuttle buses.

Outdoor living: Terrace with sunlounges on the upper floor, terrace with outdoor dining area on the lower floor, parking.

Indoor living: On the lower level of the townhouse there is open-plan living with TV and dining areas, equipped Western-style kitchen set up with new appliances, and a guest toilet. On the upper level there is a Master bedroom featuring a king size bed and a large walk-in closet, guest bedroom with a double bed, and a smaller living area exiting to a terrace with sun lounges. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Services included: Maid service two times a week, cable TV, Internet with Wi-Fi access, concierge service, security service, shuttle bus to the beach and inside the resort area.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.You choose the villa you like.
• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid on arrival. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
