What do you get: the Villa is a 4* complex on the first sea line, in walking distance to great entertainment and restaurants, sea views.

Beach: the Complex is located on a hill 200 metres from beautiful Karon beach, famous for its fine "singing" sand. This beach has a wide coastline and clean sea. On the South side there is a small Cove with a coral reef where those who like snorkeling and diving can watch the colorful underwater life. Good for swimming season from November to April when the sea is calm. From may to October can be waves and return currents.

What's next: adjacent to beach areas well-developed infrastructure. Within walking distance (500 meters) there is a resort complex with a large selection of entertainment for children and adults, with several restaurants, a water Park, rental equipment for water sports, tennis courts, gym, conference rooms. In 2 minutes – large selection of cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, local shops and 7/11 type convenience stores, massage parlors.

In the complex: 2 restaurants with sea views and a bar (the room service), SPA, community pool with sun loungers and a shallow area for children. Villas for guests several times a day a free Shuttle bus to Karon and Patong, as well as courses in cooking Thai dishes. The Villa is situated on a hill, and although on-site electric carts carry guests, the complex is not recommended for people with limited mobility.

Inside: the Interior of the Villa is in soft light colours and floor covering and furniture, made of wood, create a sense of comfort. It offers a bedroom with king size bed (or two single beds optional) and access to the terrace, bathroom with shower. How to rent:

• 1.You choose your favorite Villa.
• 2.We send You an Invoice and rental Agreement, and reserve the Villa for 3 days. When booking, please Deposit 50% advance payment, rest 50% are due 30 days before arrival at the Villa. These conditions can vary depending on the fare booked. At peak season prepayment is 100%.
• 3.You send us payment document - the Villa is booked on Your name and date.
• 4.On arrival our driver meets You at the airport, brings you to the Villa where the Concierge Manager assists You with check-in. Further, during Your stay a Concierge Manager are on-line 24 hours a day, assists in addressing current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, rent a car, hire a nanny and everything that You may need.
