Beach access: The resort is located in Karon beach famous for its fine “singing” sands. This vast beach boasts clear sea. On the Southern end of it there is a small bay with coral reef where lovers of diving and snorkeling may enjoy observing colorful underwater life. From November to April the sea is calm, and from May to October there may be high waves and rip currents.

What is nearby: The area offers a good choice of restaurants, shops, SPAs, pharmacies, and other facilities, many of which are in walking distance, others are within 3 or 5 minutes’ drive.

About the residence: Guests will have access to 3 shared swimming pools, including kids pool, 4 restaurants, award-winning SPA center, professionally equipped gym, kids club, meeting rooms and banquette halls, the largest of which accommodates up to 800 people. Villas and penthouses guests also have access to the 4th coconut grove pool.

Outdoor living: Bedrooms exit to a terrace with sun beds.

Indoor living: Living with seating and dining area and a desk, Master bedroom with king sized bed, second bedroom with twin beds and additional bunk bed for smaller children. Each bedroom comes with a en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The apartment also features a safe and mini-bar.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.You choose the villa you like.
• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid 30 days before arrival date. These conditions may vary depending on the rate type. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
