About the residence: is a part of a gated community with security check point, restaurant and fitness centre. Breakfast can be served at villa as well.

Outdoor living: private swimming pool, terrace with sun loungers, garden area and al-fresco dining area.

Indoor living: 3 well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, open-air living room, fully equipped kitchen. Baby cot is also available for those who stay with small children.

Services included: pool and garden maintenance, housekeeping 2 times a week, towels and bed linen changing once time a week, Wi-Fi, cable TV and concierge service 24/7.

How to rent a villa:

1. You choose the villa.

2. We send you the Rental Contract and the Invoice. Guest must pay the appropriate deposit within 3 working days of availability confirmation. Usually 50% of deposit payment is required. The remaining 50% balance has to be paid on arrival. 100% deposit applies to all bookings only for Peak Season.

3. You send us the confirmation of your payment. From this moment villa is booked on your name and dates.

4. Our driver will meet you at the airport and take you to the villa. The concierge manager will be there to help you with check-in. Thereafter he will assist you with touring, car rental, babysitting services and much more.
