The Villa is situated in a secured complex in walking distance to the sea (Bang Tao beach). On-site facilities include a SPA, massage parlors, gym, restaurant, travel company. The infrastructure of the area is also close - 7-10 minutes walk. A large supermarket is Tesco, Bang Tao beach and Surin beach - organized Shuttle bus.

The Villa is completely private fenced. The Villa has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all necessary furniture and appliances, TV and wifi-Internet. The kitchen is fully equipped in Western style.

The Villa has a private swimming pool, terrace with sun loungers and parasols.
