About the residence: The villa is inside a secure development of private villas.

Outdoor living: Private swimming pool 44 sq. m. with cascade, pool with built-in Jacuzzi 4 sq. m., outdoor shower, terrace with sun lounges, poolside bar, gazebo with outdoor dining area, green lawn and tropical garden, parking.

Indoor living: The main building of the villa comprises seating area with large flat-screen TV, dining area, fully equipped Western style kitchen, 4 bedrooms (2 of which are en-suite and 2 other have shared bathroom). In a separate guest pavilion there is 5th bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Services included: Maid service two times a week, cable TV, Internet with Wi-Fi access, concierge service, security service.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.You choose the villa you like.
• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid on arrival. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
