What You Get: Three-bedroom apartment within walking distance of Bang Tao Beach.

Beach: Bang Tao is one of the best in Phuket. The beach is a strip of coastline eight kilometers long. From November to April, the sea on Bang Tao is calm, and from May to October there can be waves. The Bang Tao area and beach is considered the most luxurious and prestigious on the island. Wealthy people from all over the world spend their holidays here. The hotels have numerous restaurants with cuisine from different countries, SPA-salons, tennis courts and golf courses. The beach is divided into several parts: the southern part, in fact, is called Bang Tao, the central (the longest) - Laguna (Laguna Beach), and the northern - Layan (Layan Beach).

What's nearby: Nearby there is a selection of local cafes, restaurants, bars and shops.

What's in the complex: 24-hour security, garden and communal pool with sun loungers, parking.

OUTSIDE: An internal staircase leads up to the rooftop penthouse where there is a seating area and great views of the sea and surrounding mountains. The rooftop features an inspiring 10m infinity pool surrounded by bright colorful flowers, creating a peaceful private space in which to unwind and the perfect spot to watch Phuket's spectacular sunsets.

Inside: This spacious room has 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV/DVD, large bathroom and a comfortable furnished balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. Two more bedrooms are on the opposite side of the apartment, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds.

The relaxing living room with large glass windows fills the room with natural light and is furnished with comfortable sofas and a coffee table opposite the TV/DVD and sound system.

The dining area can seat up to 8 people, while the large, well-equipped Western-style kitchen can host the most lavish dining experience. The living room also offers access to a large balcony overlooking the beautiful garden and swimming pool. Quality furniture is comfortable and tasteful.

Paid separately: Additional services. Electricity is not included in the price. Daily cleaning is not included. The cleaning fee is THB 1,800 and includes a change of bed linen and towels.

How to rent:

You choose the villa you like.
We send you the Invoice and Rental Agreement and reserve the villa for 3 days. When booking, a 50% prepayment is required, the remaining 50% is paid upon check-in at the villa. For peak season prepayment is 100%.
You send us a payment document - from that moment the villa is booked in your name and dates.
Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the airport, take you to the villa, where the concierge manager will help you with your check-in. Further, during your entire holiday, the concierge manager is in touch with you 24 hours a day, helps in solving current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, renting a car, hiring a babysitter and everything that you may need.
