The villa right on the beach with breathtaking views of the sea and the island of Koh Phangan. It is conveniently located in the heart of Bang Rak, but tucked away in a quiet seclusion. On the back of the villa there is a terrace, garden and private pool overlooking Big Buddha Beach.

A simple but elegant, open-plan living and dining area. The living room has a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs and a large flat-screen TV. In the dining room - dining table for six. At the other end is a fully equipped modern kitchen, separated from the rest of the room bar. There is a large refrigerator, electric stove, sink and microwave.

The first bedroom is located on the rear of the villa, overlooks the ocean. Bathroom with shower and bath. Also has a mini living room with TV.
Second bedroom also with en-suite, plus a private terrace and small garden. In addition, there is a guest WC near the living room.

At the rear of the villa is a terrace with a garden. From the garden you directly get to the pool.

The villa is located on Bang Rak Beach, between Big Buddha and the village of Bophut, in the north-east coast of Koh Samui, 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Chaweng Beach.
