The beach is located on the territory of the bay among picturesque and very unusual for tropical pine trees, in the shade of which you can hide from the midday heat. The beach is great for active tourists - you can surf in the summer season, and in the high season (November - April) snorkeling is good in the northern part of the beach. All necessary equipment can be rented or bought in a shop behind the main road.

The eight master bedrooms are beautifully appointed with en-suite bathrooms with a separate jacuzzi tub (with the exception of the master suite, which has 2 showers instead), as well as a shower and toilet. The largest master bedroom boasts an adjoining second bedroom with a queen size bed and adjoining study.

The children's room is equipped with two bunk beds and a flat screen with a game console. There is a bathroom for their use by the stairs outside the children's room.

Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped 11-person home theater with a 120-inch projector and Blu-ray screen, PlayStation 4 consoles with games, a private spa area, a full gym, a pool table and a wine cellar with a cigar collection.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a professionally equipped kitchen and staff quarters.
