Beach access: Although Rawai beach is only 300 meters away, it is good for walking but not for swimming. The nearest swimming beach Nai Harn is 3.8 km. away (about 10 minutes’ drive). It is a very picturesque beach of about 600 meters long lined with Casuarina, coconut and other tropical trees. The shore slopes down gently, so the beach is good to spent time with kids. From November to April the sea is calm, and from May to October there may be high waves, but still less than in other parts of Phuket. Along the beach there are several restaurants and shops, and near it there is a large lake and a park – favorite place for morning joggling and riding a bike.

What is nearby: The villa’s location is very convenient, for everything one needs for a carefree vacation is just steps away. Right opposite the development there is picturesque Rawai seafront with fishing boats along it and with a choice of seaside restaurants serving fresh seafood. 50 meters away there are pharmacies, and 550 meters away are the nearest minimarts 7/11 and FamilyMart. Walking distance is to local stores, Japanese restaurant, bars, massage salons. 900 meters away there is a sea gypsy - a local fishing people – market, and 2.8 km. away there is Promthep Cape offering beautiful views of the South of Phuket.

About the residence: The development is going to be finished in 2017. There will be shared area with swimming pool, restaurants and SPA center, walking tracks, kids’ playground and a car parking.

Outdoor living: Private pool 6 meters long, terrace with sunbeds, gazebo, outdoor furniture, parking for 2 cars.

Indoor living: Open-plan living with TV and dining areas, and an equipped Western-style kitchen. Each bedroom goes with a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, a TV, and a dresser, and has a private exit to the pool.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.You choose the villa you like.
• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid on arrival. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for yo.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
