What do you get: a Panoramic view of the mountains and the sea.

Beach: the nearest beach is Patong beach 1.9 km to the North – about 3 minutes by car. Near the beach with a developed infrastructure, it offers plenty of entertainment, rental equipment for water sports. 3.3 km to the South of Karon beach, clean and neat. For bathing, we recommend it. This beach is 6 km long famous for its fine "singing" (due to the high content of quartz) sand. The sea here is clean, the descent into the water is quite shallow, the tides, the beach is not affected. From November to April the sea is calm, and from may to October can be waves and return currents. Along the beach there are several restaurants and hotel complexes on the shore offer water sports and boat trips.

What's next: Patong has the most developed infrastructure on the island. The nearest Family Mart (a 7/11 type store) and cash machine are within 200 m, shopping center Jungceylon c boutiques, cinema and supermarket 1.8 km, famous nightlife of Bangla Road is 2.9 km away. Here you will find a large number of restaurants, shops, bars, massage parlours, shows, and entertainment for every taste.

Living room with panoramic views opens onto a large balcony. It features also a media room equipped with home cinema, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with bar. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a private bathroom and a balcony or terrace. Downstairs guest bedroom with queen bed and shower. Two master bedrooms located on the 2nd also with Jacuzzi for two with sea views, home cinema, a king size bed. On the third floor are 2 guest bedrooms with king size beds, one with shower, one with shower and bath.

Included in price: Breakfast (continental, American or Asian), daily cook service, single transfer from/to airport, daily cleaning and change of towels, change of bed linen every 3 days, bath accessories, personal Manager, security guard, Concierge services, Internet, cable TV, baby cots available, hard drive with movies and music.

Paid separately: To the value purchased for guests food and drinks is added 20% service charge.

How to rent:

• 1.You choose your favorite Villa.
• 2.We send You an Invoice and rental Agreement, and reserve the Villa for 3 days. At the time of booking we require 30% Deposit, the rest 70% is made 30 days before arrival at the Villa.
• 3.You send us payment document - the Villa is booked on Your name and date.
• 4.On arrival our driver meets You at the airport, brings you to the Villa where the Concierge Manager assists You with check-in. Further, during Your stay a Concierge Manager are on-line 24 hours a day, assists in addressing current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, rent a car, hire a nanny and everything that You may need.
