Beach: The nearest beach is Nai Yang - calm, due to its relative remoteness (30 km from Phuket), and a comfortable beach in the north of the island. Nai Yang bay is fenced off from the sea by coral reefs. There are restaurants, and beach bars, and mini-markets, and ateliers, car rentals and Internet centers.
You can also go to Bang Tao Beach - one of the best in Phuket. The beach is a strip of coastline eight kilometers long. From November to April, the sea on Bang Tao is calm, and from May to October there can be waves. The Bang Tao area and beach is considered the most luxurious and prestigious on the island. Wealthy people from all over the world spend their holidays here. The hotels have numerous restaurants with cuisine from different countries, SPA-salons, tennis courts and golf courses. The beach is divided into several parts: the southern part, in fact, is called Bang Tao, the central (the longest) - Laguna (Laguna Beach), and the northern - Layan (Layan Beach).
