Beach: the Villa is located near Nai Harn beach, which is 20 minutes at a leisurely pace along a scenic road. Green tropical slopes, pristine sand and azure water of the Andaman sea regularly lead Nai Harn in the TOP 10 best beaches of Asia. In the high season (November to April) it is quiet and in summer (may to October) the sea is quite strong waves. The tides and low tide the beach is practically not affected, i.e., if there are no waves, you can swim at any time of the day.

What's next: the Villa is situated in a quiet location. In a 5-minute walk to the nearest street (Soi Yuan) you can find restaurants with excellent European, Asian and Russian cuisine at affordable prices. On the way out to sea fruit shops, pharmacies, convenience stores like 7/11.

Included in the price: garden maintenance and pool cleaning, house cleaning with change of bed linen and towels, wifi-Internet, TV, hotline and Concierge service.

Paid separately: electricity and water use, transfer airport-Villa-airport - 1,000 baht one way.

How to rent:

• 1.You choose your favorite Villa.
• 2.We send You an Invoice and rental Agreement, and reserve the Villa for 3 days. When booking, please Deposit 50% advance payment, rest 50% is payable upon arrival at the Villa. If you're booking for peak season Deposit is 100%.
• 3.You send us payment document - the Villa is booked on Your name and date.
• 4.On arrival our driver meets You at the airport, brings you to the Villa where the Concierge Manager assists You with check-in. Further, during Your stay a Concierge Manager are on-line 24 hours a day, assists in addressing current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, rent a car, hire a nanny and everything that You may need.
