From November to April the sea is calm, and from May to October there may be high waves, but still less than in other parts of Phuket. Along the beach there are several restaurants and shops, and near it there is a large lake and a park – favorite place for morning joggling and riding a bike.

What is nearby: The villa’s location is very convenient, for everything one needs for a carefree vacation is short distance away. Within 700 m. there is a choice of restaurants serving Asian and European cuisine, the nearest gym is in 750 m., and nearest minimart is in 550 m. On your way to the beach you will find a lot of local stores, bars, massage salons, pharmacies, craft shops.

About the residence: The villa is located in a quiet secure development.

Indoor living: Open plan living with dining and seating areas, Western style kitchen, Master bedroom in a separate pavilion with king size bed, and two guest bedrooms. The guest bedrooms feature double beds, so the villa will suite 3 couples sharing or a family of up to 6 people.

Services included: Maid service twice a week, bed linen change 1 time per week, cable TV, Internet with Wi-Fi access, concierge service, security service, pool and garden care,.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.You choose the villa you like.
• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid on arrival. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for yo.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
