New conteporary villa built in 2015 near unspoiled Kamala beach will accomodate up to 6 adults and 2 children. It is located in a private development of 14 villas and will be a great choice for a tropic vacation escape.

What is nearby: The villa is located in Kamala area, which is built up not so densely as the South of Phuket. It means quieter and less crowded location, but a car is necessary for getting around. Kamala beach is in 2.5 km (about 3 minutes’ drive); it has a number of beachside cafes. Western style Big C supermarket is in 2.3 km, it also has ATMs. In 3 km there is a famous Fantasea Theatre Hall.

Outdoor living: Private swimming pool 30 sq. m. with a cascade, poolside terrace with a large outdoor dining for 8, glass-roofed car park.

Indoor living: Modern open-plan living includes comfortable seating for 6 with flat-screen TV, dining area and equipped kitchenette. Master bedroom is the most private one, as it has separate access from the poolside terrace. King size bed, en-suite with walk-in shower, flat-screen TV. Guest bedroom 1 is also set up with a king size bed and looks onto the pool and poolside terrace. It features an en-suite with walk-in shower and flat-screen TV. Guest bedroom 2 has two single beds and looks onto a small cascade. It features a private bathroom with walk-in shower, a closet, and a flat-screen TV.
