Beach access: The villa is located on a hill 5 minutes’ drive from Kamala, a 2 kilometers long beach covered with fine white sands. It slopes gently into the sea and is good for swimming with children. In the beach there is a good choice of restaurants, shops and cafes, clustered mostly at the South end of the beach. Good season for swimming is from November to April, and from May to October there may be high waves and rip currents, so pay attention to safety flags set up by life guards.

What is nearby: Several local shops and restaurants are located within 1 km., and within 2 km. there is a large Western style supermarket Big C, ATMs, and a choice of cafes and restaurants. The nearest 7/11 minimart is in 1.5 km.

About the residence: All the services (chef, driver etc.) are available at the villa. One level below the villa there are 2 two bedroom apartments, so the residence can accommodate up to 26 guests.

Outdoor living: On the upper level there is games area with pool table, roofed outdoor living area, and a 170 sq. m. terrace with swimming pool, bar, BBQ area and sun lounges. On the ground level there is a smaller terrace with a plunge pool.

Indoor living: The villa occupies 3 levels. On the lower one there are three bedrooms, one of them featuring an en-suite bathroom and private terrace, and two other sharing one bathroom. On this level there is also a living area and a small kitchen. Middle level comprises Master bedroom, tree guest bedrooms, and a superb kitchen with a large dining area. Master bedroom is the most luxurious one and features private living area, small kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, and even a steam sauna; total area of this bedroom is 100 sq. m. Each of the guest bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom. On the upper level there is a family suite consisting of main bedroom and adjoining kids bedroom.

Services included: pool care, maid service, linen and towels change, internet with Wi-Fi access, cable TV, 24/7 concierge service, utilities.

Extra charges: Prices are shown for 10 guests. Extra payment for each guest over 10 is $50 per night.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.You choose the villa you like.
• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid 30 days before arrival date. These conditions may vary depending on the rate type. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
