Indoor living: boasts spacious living room, fully equipped Western kitchen and 5 well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Services included: daily breakfast in villa, fruit platter on arrival, complimentary access to Andara Gym, pool and garden maintenance, 24 hour housekeeping, chef and concierge service, regular shuttle to the beach.

Extra charges: airport transfer one way - 1000 Baht.

How to rent a villa:

1. You choose the villa.

2. We send you the Rental Contract and the Invoice. Guest must pay the appropriate deposit within 3 working days of availability confirmation. Usually 50% of deposit payment is required. The remaining 50% balance has to be paid on arrival. 100% deposit applies to all bookings only for Peak Season.

3. You send us the confirmation of your payment. From this moment villa is booked on your name and dates.

4. Our driver will meet you at the airport and take you to the villa. The concierge manager will be there to help you with check-in. Thereafter he will assist you with touring, car rental, babysitting services and much more.
