Beach access: The villa is located about 12-15 minute’s walk to Bang Tao beach, one of the longest and most fabulous in Phuket. Usually, compared to Southern beaches in Phuket, there are not many visitors here. From November to April the sea is calm, and from May to October there are high waves and rip currents.

What is nearby: Local shops are in walking distance, Western style supermarket Tesco Lotus is in 900 m., here you will also find ATMs and cafes, about the same distance there are SPA and massage places, restaurants. Laguna Resort with its beach clubs, resataurants, golf club, SPAs, shops is in 3.5 km., and Surin beach with nearby infrastructure (restaurants, SPAs, beach clubs, shops of local artists) is in 4 km.

About the residence: On-site restaurant (room service available), SPA (treatment can be ordered to the villa as well), gym with yoga classes for guests, 24h security.

Outdoor living: Spacious private area with tropical garden, swimming pool, sun beds, outdoor dining area, car port, rooftop terrace with sala and BBQ area.

How to rent a villa:

1. You choose the villa you like.

2. We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 30% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 70% should be paid on arrival date. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 50%.

3. After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.

4. Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
