Beach: the Villa is close to Bang Tao beach. The beach is 10 minutes away by car. There are several beach clubs - Xana, Bliss, where You can use sunbeds, towels, drinks in the bar. In the high season (November to April) it is quiet and in summer (may to October) the sea is quite strong waves. The tides and low tide the beach is not affected, that is, if there are no waves, you can swim at any time of the day.

What's next: on the way to the beach there are restaurants, cafes and convenience stores 7/11, pharmacy. A 10-minute drive is a large Tesco supermarket and Central Festival shopping center.

In the complex: the complex consists of several private villas. The complex is fenced, at the entrance there is a security checkpoint.

Outside: large swimming pool with terrace, sun beds, Jacuzzi and large lawn area - all surrounded by luscious tropical greenery.

Inside: Each of the three bedrooms is a pavilion with bathroom and beautiful views. Living room with kitchen are located in a separate room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils.

Included in the price: garden maintenance and pool cleaning, house cleaning 2 times per week, change of linen and towels 1 time a week, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, hotline and Concierge service 24/7.

Paid separately: electricity (7 baht per kW/h) and water (50 THB per m3), transfer airport-Villa-airport - THB 1,000 nett per way.

How to rent:

1. You choose this Villa and reported to us.

2. We send You an Invoice and rental Agreement, and reserve the Villa for 3 days. When booking, please Deposit 50% advance payment, rest 50% are due 30 days before arrival at the Villa. These conditions can vary depending on the fare booked. At peak season prepayment is 100%.

3. You send us payment document - the Villa is booked on Your name and date.

4. On arrival our driver meets You at the airport, brings you to the Villa where the Concierge Manager assists You with check-in. Further, during Your stay a Concierge Manager are on-line 24 hours a day, assists in addressing current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, rent a car, hire a nanny and everything that You may need.
