The nearest golf course is located in 20 minutes.

Indoor living: To allow maximum privacy to guests the villa consists of several pavilions. Large living of 140 sq. m. is located on the ground floor of the main building, with seaviews both to the east and west. It features seating area, pool table, 65” TV (full international satellite TV channels available), Blu-ray player. There is home-cinema system with 4m screen and HD Projector, 2000+ movie library, stereo system and iPod dock. Dining area seats up to 20 guests, and there is professionally equipped kitchen.

All six bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, finished with fine granite and stone, handmade teak ceiling fans, fine Egyptian cotton bed linen, personal mini-bar facilities. All bedrooms boast panoramic sea views. Master bedroom is located above the living area, and 4 guest bedrooms occupy West and East pavilions – two bedrooms in each. Each of these 5 bedrooms features king size bed, large bathroom with bathtub for two and shower, 32" HD TV, dressing areas, separate seating, private balcony or terrace. In addition, 3 of the bedrooms also have a second private open air bathroom. The 6th sala bedroom located at the end of the pool can also be used as a chill out/lounge area, or a luxury massage room. It has floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, and enjoys incredible views over the sea and swimming pool. It has air conditioning, handmade teak ceiling fans, and a private outside bathroom with shower. Due to double sofa beds in 4 of the bedrooms and additional bedding the villa can accommodate up to 18 guests.

One of the rooms is laid out as a comfortable office overlooking pond and the sea. The villa is furnished with gorgeous hand-made teak furniture and decorated with Asian works of art. All rooms feature silent ceiling fans with teak blades, and are air-conditioned throughout. There is a laundry room with washing and drying machines and ironing facilities.

Services included: Full time (8 hours per day), 7-days-a-week housekeeping services; a mid-week bedding change; luxury toiletries in the bathrooms; internet; transfers to and from the airport; use of amenities within resort, such as gym, tennis courts etc.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.You choose the villa you like.
• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 30% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 70% and refundable damage deposit should be paid 60 days before arrival. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
