How to rent a villa:

1. You choose the villa you like.

2. We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid in cash on arrival date. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.

3. After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.

4. Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
