How to rent:

1. You choose this Villa and reported to us.

2. We send You an Invoice and rental Agreement, and reserve the Villa for 3 days. When booking, please Deposit 50% advance payment, rest 50% are due 30 days before arrival at the Villa. These conditions can vary depending on the fare booked. At peak season prepayment is 100%.

3. You send us payment document - the Villa is booked on Your name and date.

4. On arrival our driver meets You at the airport, brings you to the Villa where the Concierge Manager assists You with check-in. Further, during Your stay a Concierge Manager are on-line 24 hours a day, assists in addressing current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, rent a car, hire a nanny and everything that You may need.
