About the residence: This is a separately standing villa with security system and full-time staff that includes villa manager, experienced chef, three maids, security guard and private chauffeur.

Outdoor living: 42 meters long infinity pool with built-in Jacuzzi and decorative waterfalls, a plunge pool with Jacuzzi, a swimming pool with kids' area, terraces with sun beds, outdoor dining area with seating for 16, and other nooka for rest and relaxation.

Indoor living: The villa occupies four levels accessed by an elevator. In the house there are: 8 bedrooms with sea view, each with a king sized bed and a private bathroom; 2 spacious living areas – one inside the house and one on the terrace; dining area for 16, an office, 2 professionally equipped gyms, golf driving range, putting green, pool table, professional bowling lane, table tennis; European and Thai style kitchens, home theatre for 9 with a collection of films and a PlayStation, wine cellar, garage for 4 cars, laundry, and staff quarters.

Services included: airport pickup and return, maid service, linen change every 3 days, pool cleaning and gardening, Internet, Satellite TV, full time staff services, hot phone line and concierge service 24/7.

Extra charges: All food and beverage items purchased on behalf of guests will be charged to guests at cost +10% to cover costs incurred from cooking and kitchen related expenses.

How to rent a villa:

1. You choose the villa you like.

2. We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid 30 days before arrival date. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.

3. After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.

4. Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
