About the residence: This is a separately standing villa with security system and full-time staff that includes a butler, an experienced chef, two maids, security guard and private Toyota Commuter Minibus chauffeur.

Outdoor living: 18x5 meters infinity pool with built-in Jacuzzi and decorative waterfalls, sun beds, outdoor dining sala with seating for 15.

Indoor living: the villa occupies five levels. 5th level: 2 Bedrooms, each in a separate wing. 4th level: entrance to the villa. Indoors you will find Master Bedroom, the Western-style kitchen, dining and living room. Outdoors level 4 features the infinity pool, waterfalls and areas for outdoor entertainment and dining. 3d level: 2 Guest Bedrooms, Wine Cellar, Home Cinema and large professionally-equipped Gym with Sauna. 2nd level: a Guest Bedroom, Thai kitchen, laundry facilities and maid’s quarters. 1st level: large garage with parking for four cars, served by the elevator to provide access to all the floors above.

Services included: airport pickup and return, maid service, linen change every 3 days, pool cleaning and gardening, Internet, Satellite TV, full time staff services, hot phone line and concierge service 24/7.

Extra charges:All food and beverage items purchased on behalf of guests will be charged to guests at cost +10% to cover costs incurred from cooking and kitchen related expenses.

How to rent a villa:

1. You choose the villa you like.

2. We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid 30 days before arrival date. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.

3. After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.

4. Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
