About the residence: This is a separately standing villa with security system and five full-time staff that includes a dedicated chef, two maids, security guard and private Toyota Fortuner chauffeur.

Outdoor living: 18x5 meters infinity pool with built-in Jacuzzi, sun beds, outdoor dining sala with seating for 15.

Indoor living: the villa occupies four levels with entrance on the upper level. 4th level: 2 bedrooms, each in a separate wing. 3d level, indoors: main living room, master suite, western kitchen, dining and living room; 3d level, outdoors: infinity pool, decking, and an outdoor living area. 2nd level: two guest suites, wine cellar with a collection of wines, home cinema, and a large gym.1st level: games room with table tennis and golf putting green, laundry room, staff quarters.

Services included: airport pickup and return, maid service, linen change every 3 days, pool cleaning and gardening, Internet, Satellite TV, full time staff services, hot phone line and concierge service 24/7.

Extra charges:All food and beverage items purchased on behalf of guests will be charged to guests at cost +10% to cover costs incurred from cooking and kitchen related expenses.

How to rent a villa:

1. You choose the villa you like.

2. We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid 30 days before arrival date. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.

3. After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.

4. Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
