You will have access to cozy living room and dining area with stylish Western kitchen. 3 bedrooms with en-siute bathrooms accomodate 5 quests, and for your convenience there is also a utility room with washing machine and dryer.

Services included: Gardening and pool cleaning, maid service twice a week, linen and towels change once a week, internet with Wi-Fi access, cable TV, 24/7 concierge service.

Extra charges: Airport pick up 1000-1200 Thai bath one way, electricity and water bills.

How to rent a villa:

1. You choose the villa you like.

2. We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid on arrival date. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.

3. After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.

4. Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
