What is nearby: villa is conveniently situated on a short distance from the airport (1.3 km) and Nai Yang Beach (1.3 km). Local restaurants, minimarts can be found in a walking distance (around 400 metres).
Outdoor living: private pool, sun loungers, garden area, BBQ facilities and al-fresco dining area. From the entrance there is a security camera (CCTV).
Indoor living: comprises a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. 5 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 guests.

How to rent a villa:
1. You choose the villa.
2. We send you the Rental Contract and the Invoice. Guest must pay the appropriate deposit within 3 working days of availability confirmation. Usually 50% of deposit payment is required. The remaining 50% balance has to be paid on arrival. 100% deposit applies to all bookings only for Peak Season.
3. You send us the confirmation of your payment. From this moment villa is booked on your name and dates.
4. Our driver will meet you at the airport and take you to the villa. The concierge manager will be there to help you with check-in. Thereafter he will assist you with touring, car rental, babysitting services and much more.
