Beach access: The villa is located at a small beach which is not very suitable for swimming because of low tides. In 800 m. however there is a 2 kilometers long Kamala beach covered with fine white sands. It slopes gently into the sea and is good for swimming with children. In the beach there is a good choice of restaurants, shops and cafes, clustered mostly at the South end of the beach. Good season for swimming is from November to April, and from May to October there may be high waves and rip currents, so pay attention to safety flags set up by life guards.

What is nearby: The villa is located in a quiet place yet close enough to shops, markets and restaurants in Kamala, and to roaring night life of Patong located in 9 km. The nearest restaurants are within 900 m., large Western style supermarket Big C and ATMs are located in 2 km, and famous spectacular Fantasea show is in 3 km. in 15 km. (about 30 minutes’ drive) there is Red Mountain Golf Course.

About the residence: It is a private separately standing villa with 24/7 maid and concierge service to make your stay most comfortable and enjoyable.

Outdoor living: Private swimming pool looks onto a secluded beach. Terrace features sun lounges, couches, BBQ facilities, and dining area. Guests can explore the surroundings on two mountain bicycles provided at the villa.

Indoor living: Each room at this modern villa looks over the ocean. On the ground level there is spacious living with seating and dining areas, and Western style kitchen. All 5 bedrooms are set up with king size beds, have flat screen televisions, en-suite bathrooms with shower and private terrace or balcony. Master bedroom also features oversized bathtub and Jacuzzi.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.You choose the villa you like.
• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid 30 days before arrival date. These conditions may vary depending on the rate type. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
