Beach access: The resort is located 1 km from Kamala, a 2 kilometers long beach covered with fine white sands. It slopes gently into the sea and is good for swimming with children. In the beach there is a good choice of restaurants, shops and cafes, clustered mostly at the South end of the beach. Good season for swimming is from November to April, and from May to October there may be high waves and rip currents, so pay attention to safety flags set up by life guards.

What is nearby: The resort is located in a quiet place yet close enough to shops, markets and restaurants in Kamala area, and to roaring night life of Patong located in 9 km. Nearest cafe is within 100 meters, and large Western style supermarket Big C is located in 750 km.

About the residence: The villa is located inside a small secure development of 4 villas. The staff will arrange a car for rent, a tour and other services upon guests' request. Babysitter, chef, SPA treatment and massage can be arranged at the villa.

Outdoor living: Large family swimming pool, kids splash pool, diving platform with pool depth 4 meters, terrace with sun loungers.

Indoor living: Spacious living with seating and dining room areas, games room, equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms with king size beds, and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. Each bedroom features en-suite bathroom, and 4 of them have direct access to the pool. Additional bedding can be arranged in living and games rooms, so the villa can accommodate up to 18 guests. For SPA treatment and massages there are 2 rooms at the villa. Kids will love secret underwater access to the pool and secret ladder linking floors.

Services included: pool care, daily maid service, linen and towels change once in 3 days, internet with Wi-Fi access, cable TV, 24/7 concierge service.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.You choose the villa you like.
• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid 30 days before arrival date. These conditions may vary depending on the rate type. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
