Beach access: The development is located among green hills 2800 meters from Layan beach, which is also the Northern part of vast Bang Tao beach with 8 kilometers of fine white sands framed by Casuarina trees and washed by clear waters. Even in the high tourist season it is quiet here, and the place is a perfect getaway for nature lovers and seekers of serene and tranquil surroundings. From November to April the sea is calm, and from May to October there may be high waves and rip currents.

What is nearby: The area has still retained its natural beauty and infrastructure is clustered mostly inside the resorts and complexes. 4 km. (about 5 minutes’ drive) away from the villa there is a large and beautiful Laguna resort. It offers a wide range of activities and facilities for family or romantic vacation, MICE tours, sport activities. Guest have access to fitness centers, swimming pools, SPA center and beauty salon, kids club, tennis courts, water sport center, golf course, a choice of restaurants. For corporate tours there are several meeting rooms.

About the residence: The villa is located in a quiet secure development of 20 private villas, surrounded by tropical greenery.

Outdoor living: Private terrace with swimming pool and sun lounges, gazebo, large covered terrace with lounge area and dining area, another terrace on the upper floor with outdoor dining area, car parking.

Indoor living: On the upper floor of this stylish villa there is an open plan living with seating and dining areas exiting to a terrace, and an adjoining modern kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms with king size beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and either private terrace or balcony.

Services included: Maid service 6 times a week, gardening and pool care 3 times a week, cable TV, Internet with Wi-Fi access, concierge service, security service.

Extra charges: Electricity bills 5 THB per unit, water bills 15 THB per unit, airport transfer can be arranged upon request.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.You choose the villa you like.
• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid on arrival. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
